Andreu ULIED – Dr. Engineer (Polytechnic University Catalonia, UPC), Master in Planning (Harvard
University, HGSD, HKSG, HBS)

He founded MCRIT (www.mcrit.com) in 1988, and through it he has
developed policy assessment, project appraisal, research and strategic foresight linked to mobility,
transport infrastructure and urban environment. Among others, Andreu Ulied is Member of the
Executive Advisory Committee of the Barcelona City Council (2015), advisor for the Institute for
Advanced Architecture (UPC), member of the Regional Planning commission at the Catalan Professional
Association of Civil Engineers. He co-directs the master course on Cost-Benefit and Multicriteria
Analysis, organised by the Professional Associations of Civil Engineers and Economists.
